Facility is an old portable. Staff bathroom needs repair. Poor ventilation. Have lots of toys and books. Staff can show great warmth. However, lack consistent engagement with children. Seem overworked and tired. Ratios are in keeping with licensing. Parents had to raise concerns to get extra care for child with significant behavioural issues.
